Legalization Services
We provide legalization services at Thai Consular (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) and all Embassies in Thailand.
Need Documents Legalized or Authenticated?
If your documents require legalization or authentication, our professional notary team is here to assist. We work directly with the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) and embassies or consulates in Bangkok on your behalf, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
In some cases, a notary stamp from a Thai Notary Service Attorney alone may not be sufficient. Certain documents must undergo additional legalization at the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs and further authentication at the embassy or consulate of the country where the documents will be used.
With our expertise, we can manage all these steps for you, saving you time and ensuring that your documents meet all international requirements. Whether for personal or business purposes, let us handle the complexities of document legalization and authentication so you can focus on what matters most.

Hague Apostille: Simplifying International Document Legalization
Many countries require an additional form of validation for documents—known as legalization—beyond the signature and seal of a Notary. This process ensures that your documents are recognized and accepted in foreign jurisdictions.
Legalization typically involves sending your documents to the consular office or embassy of the relevant country for authentication. However, if the country where your documents will be used is a signatory to the Hague Convention of 5 October 1961, the process becomes much simpler. In such cases, an Apostille certificate can be attached to your document under the Hague Convention, eliminating the need for further legalization by the destination country’s embassy or consulate.
An Apostille is a standardized certificate that verifies the authenticity of the originating document, streamlining international document acceptance. This saves you time and reduces the complexity when preparing documents for use abroad.
To determine if a country is a member of the Hague Convention and accepts Apostilles, please check the status table published on the Hague Conference on Private International Law (HCCH) website here.
